If you use the chat, we process your messages, selected language, technical session identifiers, and operational metadata that are necessary to keep the service stable and secure.
Online orders and service requests
For online orders, appointments, complaints, or loyalty requests, we process the order and contact information you enter so we can handle the request and contact you if needed.
Anonymous reach measurement
After your consent, we record page views and clicks for internal website measurement. No raw IP address is stored in the frontend. For internal analytics, the backend derives an anonymized visitor key from technical request characteristics.
