Turnaround and express service
We confirm the collection date after intake. If you have an upcoming event, we can check the requested date, but cannot promise a general express turnaround for dirndls.
What can affect the result?
Beer, grease, make-up and perspiration stains respond differently depending on the fabric, age of the stain and prior treatment. Existing damage, fading or delicate decoration may limit the result; complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
A 30 °C wash or professional care?
A blanket recommendation to machine-wash every dirndl at 30 °C misses important details. The care symbol states the maximum washing temperature; it does not by itself describe how repeated washing affects the garment. All fabrics and decorations must be assessed together.
Unsuitable or frequent washing can, depending on the garment, fade colours, affect its shape and stiffen its feel. Where the label and construction permit it, appropriate professional dry cleaning and finishing can help preserve the colour and feel so you can wear your dirndl for many years.
