What do we assess first?
- Care labels on all parts, outer fabric, lining and internal construction
- Buttons, lapels, edges, pockets, loose seams and existing shine
- Stain type, colour differences and whether all matching parts are present

Turnaround and express service
Regular turnaround is usually 2–3 working days. Same- or next-working-day express is possible for suitable items dropped off before 11:00, subject to capacity confirmation, with at least a 50% surcharge.
What can affect the result?
Wear, shine, damaged internal construction, colour loss and old or set stains cannot always be corrected. Stain removal and restoration of the original shape are not guaranteed.
Before bringing your item
- Empty every pocket completely
- Bring matching pieces together whenever possible
- Do not rub, iron or pre-treat stains with home remedies

Yes, when they belong to the same suit, so the condition and care of matching parts can be assessed together.

Will shiny areas disappear?
Not reliably. Abrasion and existing shine are often wear rather than removable soiling.
