Turnaround and express service
Regular turnaround is usually 2–3 working days. Same- or next-working-day express is possible for suitable items dropped off before 11:00, subject to capacity confirmation, with a surcharge of at least 50%.
What can affect the result?
Shrunk fabric, damaged collar interlining, discolouration, worn edges and old stains cannot be reversed by cleaning. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
Before bringing your item
- Empty pockets and remove personal items
- Do not iron, rub or treat stains with unknown products
- Point out delicate buttons and known damage at intake
