Withdraw from your gift-card order

For private online orders, you can declare withdrawal here without giving a reason. Your declaration is recorded immediately; review and reimbursement are separate steps.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

How to withdraw

You may use the optional model form below. You can also use the online function on this page. We will promptly email you confirmation of receipt with the content and time of your declaration.

Meeting the deadline

Sending your withdrawal statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will return all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (except extra costs for delivery other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise; you incur no fee.

Purchaser, gift recipient and partial use

Withdrawal from the purchase contract is declared by the purchaser. Receiving or claiming a card does not by itself give the recipient a separate withdrawal right for that purchase; documented representation remains possible. Notices are accepted without signing in or an email code. Authority is checked separately before suspending a card or handling money. Prior use does not automatically mean rejection or a fixed deduction: the purchase contract, use and any legally justified adjustment are reviewed individually. A bonus does not create an additional cash entitlement. Reimbursement normally follows the original payment route, not an arbitrary account supplied by the recipient.

Withdraw from the contract

Enter your name, an order number or other clear contract reference, and an email for the receipt confirmation. You do not need to give a reason.
