Preferred time and confirmation

The form offers 09:00–11:00, 11:00–13:00, 13:00–15:00, 15:00–17:00 and 17:00–19:00 time windows. These are preferences; the appointment becomes binding only when LeoClean confirms it.

Where is the pilot available?

This service is in a pilot phase and is initially available only near the selected location. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment; coverage, route and capacity are reviewed individually.

Prepare before requesting

List the textiles and approximate cleaning value as completely as possible
Remain reachable by phone and provide access details, floor and doorbell name
Mention delicate items, known damage and the cause of stains in the description

Clear conditions

Pilot area and €100 minimum order value

100 €Minimum order value

A minimum order value of €100 applies to pickup and delivery. If a request is confirmed and the collected cleaning total is below €100, the minimum charge of €100 still applies.

The address is checked against current pilot coverage before an appointment is confirmed.
The preferred date and time window become binding only after personal confirmation.
Final acceptance and the cleaning method depend on the textile material, care label and condition.

The pilot currently covers areas near the selected Britz or Schöneberg location. LeoClean confirms whether your address can be served after reviewing the request.

Is there really a €100 minimum order value?

Yes. Once the request and collection are confirmed, this service has a €100 minimum charge even if the actual cleaning total is lower.

Is my selected time window booked immediately?

No. The form records a preferred appointment. It becomes binding only after confirmation by LeoClean.

How do I submit a request?
