How to buy your card
Explore the purchase one step at a time. This is only an example: it creates no order and takes no payment.

The bonus is not added again each time the card is used.

Send the card to yourself or directly to the recipient. The purchaser receives the invoice and confirms their email with a one-time code before payment.
The recipient does not accidentally receive the invoice.
Check the amount, names, delivery and terms. Then pay on SumUp's secure page. We verify the payment independently of your return to the site.
If the result is unclear, check order status first; do not start a second order.
After payment is confirmed, the card and invoice are sent separately. Track the order status and use the card in person in Britz or Schöneberg.

After purchase
The link in your invoice email shows the order's payment, creation and delivery status. Confirm your purchaser email with a one-time code to open it.
Use the card code shown on the card and its registered email address to view balance and activity.
What they receive
The finished card contains the amount, personal dedication and a secure QR code. Purchaser and recipient receive only the information they need.
Redemption
The digital gift card can be redeemed at LeoClean in Berlin-Britz and Berlin-Schöneberg. Online redemption and cash payout are not offered.

LeoClean
The digital LeoClean gift card is offered by LeoClean Premium Textilpflege. The legal notice provides the address and further contact details. These terms govern the purchase and in-person redemption of digital gift cards. Separately agreed company orders are also subject to their individual quotation.
The amount payable is shown before purchase and ranges from €25 to €500. When the amount paid is at least €75, €10 is added once to the starting balance. The amount paid and starting balance are shown separately; the bonus is not added again at each redemption. Additional special amounts may be offered; the applicable amount payable and starting balance are shown before purchase.
Before proceeding to payment, you can review and correct the amount, card details, invoice details and delivery. The order is recorded first. The card is activated and sent only after payment is independently confirmed. Returning successfully from the payment page alone does not prove payment. If the result is unclear, check the order status before starting another payment.
After confirmed payment, the digital card is sent to the purchaser or recipient email selected during checkout. The purchaser receives the invoice separately. Check both addresses before payment. If delivery is delayed, check order status and spam or contact us.
The card can be used in person at LeoClean in Berlin-Britz and Berlin-Schöneberg for offered services. Partial and repeated redemptions are possible up to the available balance; each amount is deducted once. If the balance is insufficient, the remainder may be paid by another offered method. Online redemption and cash payout of card balance are not offered.
Balance and activity are available after secure sign-in to the card portal. For a lost card or suspected misuse, email geschenkkarte@leoclean.de with purchase or card evidence. Blocking or replacement is reviewed and recorded. Do not publish the card code or QR code.
The technical redemption period is twelve months from issue. The card is not deleted afterwards; possible statutory claims are reviewed individually on request. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal right. For withdrawal or refund questions, email geschenkkarte@leoclean.de.

The protected card portal shows your balance and activity. Sign in with the card code and the email address registered for the card.
After payment is confirmed, the card is sent to the selected email address; the buyer receives the invoice separately. Check the relevant spam folders and the order status using the link in your invoice email. If that email is also missing or the status remains unclear, contact geschenkkarte@leoclean.de. Do not immediately make a second payment if the payment result is unclear.
Yes. Select your actual billing country when ordering. You receive the invoice as the buyer; we can send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email address. You do not need to place a business order. Payment is in euros and is subject to approval by the payment provider and your bank. Redeemable exclusively at LeoClean Premium Textilpflege in Berlin-Britz and Berlin-Schöneberg.

The payment methods shown at checkout are authoritative. PayPal can be used only when explicitly offered there; otherwise choose an available payment method.
After returning from PayPal, we independently verify the payment. A pending or reviewed payment leaves the card inactive. Check order status; do not pay again. A declined or cancelled payment does not activate a card.
A reviewed refund returns to the original payment source of the purchaser. The gift recipient cannot cash out the card balance. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
